WHY WOOD WICKS?
Because wood wicks are more premium than your standard cotton wick. Also, the cotton wick doesn’t crackle. As such we could not imagine a flame without lumber. Wood wicks crackle ever so softly while burning, which makes us feel like we are beside a fireside even if we're not. Is there anything more comforting than the sound of a flickering fire?
ARE WOOD WICKS AS LOUD?
No. It is such a small-scale fire that it's not much more than a standard fireplace. It does crackle softly, but it's not an intense bonfire. The first burn is slow going, but very important because you want the melt pool to reach the edges of your jar. This could take up to 3 hours, so don’t leave it unattended!
WHAT ELSE IS IN YOUR CANDLES?
We use 3 ingredients - Luxury (coconut, soy, and beeswax) wax blend, natural wood wicks, and premium quality fragrance/essential oil blends. Nothing else. No chemicals, no additives, nothing you can't pronounce. That is very important to us.
WHERE IS YOUR STORE?
At this time, we are making our way into gift shops, boutiques, and other small businesses. We have set aside a 400sqft building on our homeland for production. All of our candles are made, cured, hand inspected, and then shipped to you!
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET MY ORDER?
All items will be shipped within 1-5 days for retail orders, and 1-10 days for wholesale orders. But, most of them will be shipped the same day. We will contact you if we run into any issues with your order.
I CAN'T GET MY CANDLE TO LIGHT, WHAT GIVES?
Always keep wood wicks trimmed to 1/16” to 1/8” and free of black char to keep them burning and crackling properly. Break or scrape off the char and discard it before each burn.

HOW DO I PREVENT TUNNELING?
Our luxury candle wax blend will only burn as far as it did on the previous burn. It is important to allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar on every burn. This will prevent the candle from tunneling or burning down the middle.
