Directions
Always trim your wick before lighting. For these wooden wicks, snap off the most burnt end and discard it. For the first couple of burns, make sure the wax melt pool reaches the sides of the container. This can be up to 2 to 4 hours. Tunneling of the candle will occur if the wax melt pool does not reach the sides of the container & will cause improper melting & quicker burn times.

Thinking about reusing the tin?
Absolutely! Here how we do it:
Remove any wax that is leftover with a non sharp object. Maybe like a spoon.
Fill the tin with hot boiling water. Please take pre-cations and do not burn yourself!
Freeze the tin with the water in it. Allow it to thaw slightly, so the ice can be removed.
Hand or machine wash the tin with soap and water.
Dry it out thoroughly.
Store item(s) in it such as jewelry, change, screws, small packaged candy, etc. Just keep in mind that this tin does not “seal”, so it is not good for long term food storage.
